摘要
基于自驾游游客一手数据,对西安秦岭地区自驾游旅游服务质量进行实证分析。首先,通过主成分分析可提取出西安秦岭自驾游旅游服务质量4大主成份(隐变量),分别命名为标识系统、维修保障、基础条件、服务环境;并以此构建游客旅游服务质量结构方程假设模型;其次,基于结构方程假设模型分析结果,4大隐变量与游客旅游服务质量关系密切程度依次为:维修保障、标识系统、基础条件、服务环境;最后,基于分析结果认为在所设计的13项旅游服务质量相关的显变量指标中,与自驾车游客联系程度较密切的指标有:信息咨询、途中汽车修理、救援设施、路边服务、加油站、住宿条件。研究结果以期对西安秦岭自驾游持续发展起一定理论参考作用。
Based on the questionnaires,and using structural equation model we analyzed the perception of the self- driving in Qinling of Xi'an. Firstly,the principal component analysis was used to obtain the four principal components( latent variables),they are identity systems,maintenance support,infrastructure and environment and service. Secondly,through structural equation model we analyzed the relation level between the four latent variables,and the total perception are: maintenance support,identification system,infrastructure,and environment and service. Finally,among the 13 questionnaire indicators,the factors closely related with the perception are tourism information,the way auto repair,rescue facilities,service,gas station and accommodation. The results of the self- driving research have a reference value on the development of the Xi'an Qin ling tourism.
