摘要
目的 探讨儿童重度颅脑损伤的临床特点及治疗方法.方法 回顾性分析河南省第二人民医院2009年4月至2012年4月收治的56例儿童重型颅脑损伤（GCS 3 ～8分）患儿的临床资料.结果 56例按GOS预后评级,良好38例,中残5例,重残3例,死亡10例.结论 儿童重型颅脑损伤病情重,生命体征变化快,易并发低氧血症及休克.早期诊断、正确选择手术方式和早期预防各种并发症是提高治疗效果的关键。
Objective To investigate the clinical characteristics and treatment of children with severe traumatic brain injury.Methods The clinical data of 56 patients with severe traumatic brain injury,in the Second People＆#39; s Hospital of Henan Province from April 2009 to April 2012,were analyzed retrospectively.Results Clinical outcomes were assessed according to the GOS.There were 38 cases of good recovered,5 cases of moderate disability,3 cases of severe deficit,and 10 cases died among the 56 patients.Conclusions The characteristic of children with severe traumatic brain injury is the heavy condition,vital signs change quickly,hypoxia and shock.The key to improve the therapeutic effect is early diagnosis,correct surgical management and prevent complications early.
