摘要
目的 探讨腹部超声结合阴道超声诊断异位妊娠的临床应用效果.方法 将160例异位妊娠患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组80例,观察组使用腹部超声结合阴道超声进行检查,对照组单独使用阴道超声进行检查,比较两组检查异位妊娠的效果.结果 腹部超声结合阴道超声诊断准确率为97.5％,单纯阴道超声诊断准确率为83.75％,两组比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）;腹部超声结合阴道超声诊断破裂型和未破裂型准确率分别为94.20％和100.0％,均明显高于单纯采用阴道超声诊断准确率82.61％和82.42％,差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 腹部超声结合阴道超声诊断异位妊娠准确率高,操作简单便捷,具有临床价值,是异位妊娠诊断的首选方法。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of abdominal ultrasound combined with transvaginal ultrasound on diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy.Methods One hundred and sixty patients with ectopic pregnancy were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 80 cases in each group.The observation group received abdominal ultrasound combined with transvaginal ultrasonography,the control group only received vaginal uhrasonography.The check effects of ectopic pregnancy were compared between the two groups.Results The diagnostic accuracy rate of abdominal ultrasound combined with transvaginal ultrasound was 97.5%,the accurate rate of pure transvaginal ultrasound diagnosis was 83.75 %,the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）.The diagnosis of ruptured and unruptured accurate rate were 94.20% and 100% by abdominal ultrasound combined with transvaginal ultrasound,which were significantly higher than that of the diagnostic accuracy of 82.61% and 82.42% only by transvagind ultrasound,the differences were statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）.Conclusions Abdominal ultrasound combined with transvaginal ultrasound in diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy with high accuracy,simple and convenient operation,high clinical value,is the preferred method for the diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy.
