摘要
目的比较经阴道与经腹部超声在诊断妇科盆腔肿块中的作用及优势。方法对90例妇科盆腔肿块患者的经阴道与经腹部超声检查资料进行回顾性分析。结果经阴道超声检查的诊断符合率(97.78%)明显高于经腹部超声检查对妇科盆腔肿块的诊断符合率(73.33%)(x^2=8.54,P<0.05)。结论经阴道超声检查在诊断符合率方面有经腹部超声检查所不可比拟的优点,是妇科盆腔肿物诊断重要方法,能为临床提供更可靠的依据。
Objective Comparison of the role and advantage between transvaginal and transabdominal ultrasonography in the diagnosis of gynecological tumor. Methods From February 2012 to February 2013, this study accept 90 cases of gynecological tumor in Suzhou City Industrial Park Loufeng Hospital of Jiangsu Province. Transvaginal and transabdominal ultrasonography data of them were retrospectively analyzed. Results The diagnostic accuracy of transvaginal ultrasound （97.78%） was significantly higher than that of abdominal ultrasonography in diagnosis of gynecological tumor accuracy （73.33%） （χ^2=8.54, P﹤0.05）. Conclusion Transvaginal ultrasound in the diagnosis of abdominal ultrasonography with has the advantage incomparable rate, is an important method for the diagnosis of gynecological tumor, and provide more reliable evidence for clinical.
