摘要
针对大尺寸潜入式喷管双孔燃气二次喷射推力矢量控制的影响因素进行数值模拟,主要分析了喷射孔径、喷射角、喷射位置、喷射孔夹角及喷射孔包抄角对侧向控制力、轴向推力的影响规律与强度。结果显示,随着所研究喷射参数的线性变化,侧向控制力和轴向推力损失都呈现出了复杂的非线性变化规律,通过线性拟合,发现了轴向推力随包抄角、喷射角及喷射位置的增大而减小的趋势,发现了侧向控制力随喷射孔孔径及喷射角的增大而增大的趋势。通过K/R2方法对喷射参数在侧向控制力和轴向推力方面影响规律的分析发现,对轴向推力的影响由强到弱依次是喷射角、喷射位置、包抄角、孔径、喷射孔夹角;对侧向控制力的影响由强到弱依次是孔径、喷射角、喷射位置、喷射孔夹角、包抄角。
In order to understand the relationship between influence factors and performance of thrust vector control,influence factors including angle between two jet orifices, jet orifice diameter,obliquity,position,outflanking angle were studied.The disserta-tion proposes performance evaluation index of K/R2 system and investigates systematically the influence law of different parameters on performance influence factor of double hot gas secondary lateral injection system.The results indicate that lateral force and axial thrust assume nonlinear laws,there is a negative correlation between axial thrust and influence factors that including obliquity,posi-tion,outflanking angle,and there is a positive correlation between lateral force and influence factors that including jet orifice diame-ter,obliquity.The impacts on axial thrust and lateral force from strong to weak order were given in the paper.
