食用加碘绿标盐结块原因分析与措施

摘要 食用加碘绿标盐2012年投放市场以来,因产品存在着不同程度的结块,影响产品的分装和市场销售。对比井神盐化公司二分公司从生产过程控制、包装形式、堆码方式、流通环节到分装生产进行了一系列的生产和过程控制调试,绿标盐结块现象明显好转,既满足市场需要又能提高企业经济效益。 Since the iodized green standard edible salt entered the market in 2012, the packaging and sale of the salt product is affected by the caking of different degree. Although salt production enterprises carried out debugging, the effect is little. 2nd branch of Jingshen Salt and Chemical Company is the fixed edible salt production enterprises and satisfying the life need of people is the first task of the production. After series of control and debugging to the production process, the caking is obviously becomes better which not only meets the requirement of market but also improves the economical efficient of the enterprises.
