摘要
对核桃油脂提取的不同方法进行了比较,分别采用了压榨法、索氏法、水代法、超声波辅助法及超临界流体法,对不同方法的提取条件、提取效果、生产成本、工业化程度和理化性质加以对比。结果表明,超临界CO2萃取法是核桃油脂比较理想的提取方法。
The comparison of different methods for the extraction of walnut oil, pressing method, soxhlet extraction, aqueous extraction, ultrasonic assisted extraction and supercritical carbon dioxide extraction method are adopted respectively,the extracting conditions,different methods of extraction,production cost,the degeee of industrialization and the physicochemical properties were compared. The results showed that supercritical carbon dioxide extraction method was the extraction of walnut oil ideal.
