摘要
张仲景辨证论治思想中除存在定性研究外,尚有定量研究,定量研究作为定性研究的补充,两者相辅相成,作为辨证论治专书,《伤寒杂病论》在对六经疾病认识、证型诊断、方药选择及给药方式等方面皆重视对量的把握,该思想对中西医现代研究具有重要指导意义。
Except for the qualitative differentiation thought, there was the quantitative differentiation thought in Treatise on Febrile and Miscellaneous Diseases written by ZHANG Zhong-jing. And there were supplementing effects for the qualitative differentiation thought and the quantitative differentiation thought. As the special book of treating diseases based on syndrome differentiation, the Treatise on febrile and miscellaneous diseases pay attention to the quantitative differentiation thought in the aspects of understanding of the six meridians diseases, syndrome diagnosis, prescription choice and route of medication, which had an important guiding significance for modem research of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine.
