摘要
找矿突破战略行动进展顺利,第一阶段成效显著。当前找矿工作面临的主要形势是:一些重要矿产对外依存度居高不下,矿产资源安全形势严峻;全球矿产勘查投入回落,我国经济发展步入中速增长期;"四化"进程不可逆转,我国未来较长时期矿产资源需求刚劲。同时,中央提出了推动能源改革、实施简政放权、突出科技创新、加强生态文明建设的新要求。面对新形势和新要求,下一步要加大简政放权力度,优化矿产勘查布局,加大财政资金支持,推动科技创新,努力实现地质找矿更大突破。
At present, prospecting breakthrough strategic action goes well, and notable results have been made in the first stage. However, some important minerals’ dependence on foreign countries is high; minerals resource safety of our country is faced with stern situation; the global mineral exploration investment has started to fall. These situations have been the constituents of China’s ore-prospecting work. In addition, China＇s economic development has stepped into the medium speed growth; the process of four modernizations is irreversible;and mineral resource demand in China will be vigorous in a long term in the future. At the same time, The Central Party Committee has suggested that we must promote energy reform,simplify administration and transfer power to a lower level, lay stress on scientiifc and technological innovation, and enhance efforts to promote ecological progress. In face of the new situation and new requirements, we must step up efforts to simplify administration and transfer power to a lower level, optimize the plan of mineral exploration, increase ifnancial support, promote the innovation of science and technology, and strive to make great breakthrough in geological prospecting.
