摘要
根据低、中、高碳钢以及包晶钢的凝固特性,研究了不同钢种保护渣的性能。针对宽板坯连铸机的工艺特点,分析了宽板坯连铸机对保护渣性能设计的要求。在连铸生产现场,合适的铜板温度、结晶器进回水温差与热通量是最有效的保护渣评价参数,连铸坯表面质量是评价保护渣优劣的最终标准。
The paper studies the performance characteristics of mould powder for various steel grades in light of low, medium, high carbon steel and peristahie steel, analyzes the requiremeuts on mould powder performance design according to the process teatures of wide slab continuous caster. The results show that proper copper plate temperature, inlet and outlet water temperature difference and heat flux of the mould are the most effeetive parameters for mould powder evaluation, and slab surface quality is the ultimate standard to evaluate mould powder performance.
