摘要
焊接式板式热交换器板片叠摞定位目前主要以人工装配为主,吊车辅助工作,存在效率低、工人劳动强度大、现场操作安全性以及装配精度难以得到保障等问题。制订了新型焊接式板式热交换器板片叠摞定位装置设计方案,采用类比设计法确定了其主体结构。该装置结构简单,可保证装配质量,提高生产效率,保障现场操作人员的安全。
The plate pile is mostly done by manual operation for welded plate heat exchanger at present, assistant with the lifting facility, which exist low productivity, heavy manual working, and difficulty to have accurate assemble on site. The design of plate pile positioning for welded plate heat exchanger was carried out, adopting analogy design method to determine its main structure. The structure is easy, and guarantees assemble quality, increase productivity and assure the safe working of on-site operators.
