颞骨CT数字化对慢性化脓性胆脂瘤型中耳炎的导航评估 被引量：3

摘要 慢性化脓性胆脂瘤型中耳炎手术是否成功取决于很多因素,如术者对于颞骨CT的认识、耳显微解剖的熟悉、手术方式、听小骨是否破坏〔1〕、手术设备等。目前鼻颅底影像导航无疑对鼻颅底手术起着术中很重要的指导作用。对于有一定耳显微外科基础的临床医生而言,如何树立术前中耳乳突三维立体解剖理念,更好地加快手术速度,避免并发症,具有重要意义。笔者自行将颞骨CT进行数字化处理,现报告如下。
