摘要
近几年,吉林省民营经济发展取得了较大的进步,但和发达省份及地区相比还有一定差距,发展过程中受到来自企业外部和内部多因素的制约。要克服这些因素的影响,应进一步优化市场环境、创新民营企业管理体制机制、推动民营企业科技创新、延伸民营企业产业链条,从而带动吉林省民营经济进一步发展。
Private economy of Jilin Province in recent years has made great achievements though the gap is still wide compared to those in developed provinces and areas.Restraints from both the external and the internal are blocking the development of private economy.The following countermeasures should be taken to eliminate the negative affect of the above restraints：to further optimize the market environment,to innovate management systems and mechanisms,to forward the technical innovation and to extend the industrial chain of private enterprises so as to progress the development of private economy of Jilin Province.
