摘要
目的:探讨WWOX、Bcl-2在非小细胞肺癌中的表达、与临床病理特征的关系及临床意义。方法:采用免疫组化SP法检测58例非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)组织及20例相应癌旁正常肺组织中WWOX、Bcl-2的表达。结果:WWOX蛋白阳性表达率在NSCLC组织中明显低于癌旁正常肺组织;Bcl-2蛋白阳性表达率在NSCLC组织中明显高于癌旁正常肺组织;WWOX的低表达与NSCLC的临床分期、分化程度、淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05);Bcl-2的高表达与NSCLC的临床分期、分化程度、淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05);WWOX、Bcl-2在NSCLC组织的表达存在负相关(P<0.01),相关系数rs=-0.309。结论:WWOX的低表达、Bcl-2的高表达与NSCLC的发生、发展有关。二者在NSCLC的发生发展中可能起着拮抗作用。
Objective:To study the expression of WW domain-containing oxidoreductase(WWOX)and B-cell lymphoma/leukemia-2(Bcl-2)in non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC)and their clinical significance.Methods:The expression of WWOX and Bcl-2were detected by immunohistochemical SP method in 58 cases non-small cell lung cancer tissue and 20 cases normal lung cancer tissue.Results:The positive expression rate of WWOX in NSCLC was lower than in normal lung tissue.The positive expression rate of Bcl-2in NSCLC was higher than in normal lung tissue.WWOX low expression was related to TNM stage,differentiation degree,lymph node metastasis(P〈0.05).Bcl-2high expression was related to TNM stage,differentiation degree,and lymph node metastasis(P〈0.05).The negative correlation was found between the expression of WWOX and Bcl-2(P〈0.01,correlation coefficient rs=-0.309).Conclusion:WWOX low expression and Bcl-2high expression may play an important role in the oncogenesis and development of NSCLC.The both play antagonist role in the development of NSCLC.
