摘要
本文从形式化系统和《标准化工作导则:第1部分:标准的结构和编写规则》的两个方面考虑了GB/T 7714-2005《文后参考文献著录规则》的著录符号和著录规则等问题,指出了《文后参考文献著录规则》著录符号、著录规则中存在的内部不一致性,并且从实用性角度出发,指出了其中相对完备性不足及不够简明等问题。最后,给出了关于消除不一致性和简化著录方面的几点建议。
This paper re-considers about the symbols and rules of GB/T 7714-2005 “Rules for content, form and structure of bibliographic references” from perspective of formal system and “Directives for standardization—Part 1： Rules for the structure and drafting of standards” and points out problems that can result in internal inconsistencies. The paper practically underlines the lack of relative completeness and simplicity in symbols and rules of “Rules for content, form and structure of bibliographic references”. Finally, some proposals are put forward to simplify and eliminate internal inconsistencies.
