摘要
基于国内外液压支架用液压液的研究进展和实际使用情况,分析了国外企业对液压支架用液压液的可降解性能等环保指标的重视程度和其所生产产品的特点。通过对国内乳化油、浓缩液等不同类型液压支架用液压液产品性能的对比分析,指出了不同类型产品的优缺点,并对实际使用过程中可能出现的问题进行了阐述和分析。对国内外液压支架用液压液的现行行业标准和市场准入规则进行研究。经过比对分析,品质优良、绿色环保、安全无害等优点并存的液压支架用液压液是未来的发展趋势。
Based on the hydraulic fluid in hydraulic support at home and abroad, the foreign enterprises hydraulic fluid performance and other environmental indicators and the production characteristics were analyzed. Through the domestic emulsified oil, concentrated liquid and other different types of hydraulic support fluid, the advantages and disadvantages of different kinds of products were pointed out, and the possible problems in the process of practical use were introduced and analyzed. The hydraulic support interpretation in detail with current industry standard hydraulic fluid and market access rules were summarized. Through the comparative analysis, good quality, green environmental protection, safe coexist with hydraulic fluid could be the future development direction.
