摘要
本文从现代医学模式的视角,分析了我国医疗服务体系建设存在的问题,提出我国医疗服务体系建设要符合我国国情;深化医疗卫生机构改革,完善三级医疗服务体系;发展社区卫生服务,拓展社区卫生服务内涵;建立双向转诊制度,逐步实行全科医生首诊制等建议,为科学构建新型医疗服务体系提供依据。
This paper analyzed problems existing in the construction of our country medical service system from the perspective of modern medical model. It also suggested：health care system construction must met the conditions of our country;deepen the reform of medical and health institutions and improved the three-level system of medical services;developed community health services and expanded community health service content;established two-way referral system and introduced the first general practitioner consultation system gradually.Thus the reference basis could be provided which is helpful of constructing new medical service system scientifically.
