摘要
分析机车运行速度、工作气隙、齿轮模数及负载电阻4个关键因素对传感器输出性能的影响,通过试验对其进行研究及验证,得出4种关键因素对传感器输出性能的影响关系,为磁电式速度传感器的设计开发和生产工艺提供理论指导。
Principle analysis of the four key factors of locomotive running speed, working gap, gear modulus and load resistance influencing on magnetoelectric speed sensor output performance was put forward. The effect related to the four key factors were studied and verified by means of its test study, which provided theoretical guidance for the design and production process on magnetoelectric speed sensor.
