摘要
目的评价榕树须总黄酮的抗血栓作用。方法采用小鼠脑偏瘫、电刺激致大鼠血栓模型等试验方法,测定榕树须总黄酮对小鼠脑血栓的保护率、大鼠血栓形成时间;采用肾上腺素加冰浴致小鼠血瘀模型观察榕树须总黄酮对凝血酶时间及纤维蛋白原时间的影响。结果榕树须总黄酮22.7 g生药/kg能明显促进偏瘫小鼠恢复(P<0.05),11.3、22.7 g/kg显著减缓电刺激大鼠的血管栓塞(P<0.001),并延长寒凝血瘀小鼠的凝血酶时间(P<0.001、P<0.01)及纤维蛋白原时间(P<0.01、P<0.05)。结论榕树须总黄酮具有较好的抗血栓及改善血瘀小鼠凝血功能的作用。
Objective :To evaluate the antithrombotic effect of Ficus Microcarpa total flavonoids. Methods:Brain paralysis model and electrical stimulation - induced rat thrombosis models were used to measure the protection rate of Ficus Microcarpa total flavonoids against the cerebral thrombosis of mice and the thrombosis time of rats. Adrenaline plus ice bath - induced mice stasis model was used to observe the effect of Fieus Microcarpa total flavonoids on their thromboplastin time and fibrinogen time. Results :22.7g crude drug/kg of Ficus Microcarpa total flavonoids could significantly improve the recovery of hemiplegia mice ( P 〈 0. 05 ) and 11.3 and 22.7g/kg significantly slowed rat vascular thrombosis caused by electrical stimulation( P 〈 0. 001 ) ,and extend the thrombin time( P 〈 0. 001 ,P 〈 0.01 )and the fibrinogen time ( P 〈 0. 01, P 〈 0.05 ) of long cold coagulation and blood stasis mice. Conclusion : Ficus Microcarpa total flavonoids have better antithrombotic effect and can improve the blood stasis function of rats.
