摘要 研究建立了顶空固相微萃取-气相色谱-质谱联用测定水中8种致臭物质的方法。通过试验研究确立了顶空固相微萃取的最优化条件:氯化钠加入量0.4g/mL,萃取时间40min,萃取温度70℃,搅拌速率500r/min,解析时间3 min,无需调节pH。在试验条件下,8种致臭物质在1-100ng/L内线性关系良好,R2为0.997-0.999 9,最低检出限为0.5-1ng/L,相对标准偏差为1.6%-3.8%,加标回收率为89.2%-105.4%。 A headspace solid-phase microextraction-mass spectrometric(HS-SPME-GC/MS)method was established for the determination of eight odor compounds in water.The optimal operation condition of SPME was as following:NaCl dosage was 0.4g/mL,extraction time was 40 minutes,extraction temperature was 70℃,stirring rate was 500r/min,fiber desorption time was 3minutes in GC,and no need to adjust pH for water samples.Under the pxperiment condition,good linearities were obtained in the range of 1-100ng/L with correlation coefficients of 0.997-0.999 9.The detection limits of these eight odor compounds ranged from 0.5to 1ng/L.The relative standard deviations were between 1.6%to 3.8%and the recoveries were from 89.2%to 105.4%.
