摘要
目的:探讨黄白痤疮膏体外对痤疮丙酸杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和表皮葡萄球菌的抑菌活性,为黄白痤疮膏治疗痤疮提供实验依据。方法:采用连续稀释法体外检测黄白痤疮膏水煎液对痤疮丙酸杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和表皮葡萄球菌的最低抑菌浓度(MIC)。结果:黄白痤疮膏水煎液对痤疮丙酸杆菌的MIC为125 mg/m L;对金黄色葡萄球菌的最低抑菌浓度为500 mg/m L;对表皮葡萄球菌的MIC为125 mg/m L。结论:黄白痤疮膏水煎液对金黄色葡萄球菌、表皮葡萄球菌和痤疮丙酸杆菌均有较好的抑制作用,提示黄白痤疮膏具有应用于痤疮临床治疗的潜在价值。
Objective: To observe on antibacterial activity of Huangbai Acne Ointment (黄白痤疮膏, HBAO) decoction for Propionibacterium acne, Staphylococcus aureus and Staphylococcus epidermidis, and to provide experimental evidence for searching for a kind of compound Chinese medicinal preparation with low side effect and good therapeutic effect on ache. Methods: Minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) of HBAO decoction to Propionibaeterium ache, Staphylococcus aureus and Staphylococcus epidermidis has been tested using serial dilution method. Results: The MICs of HBAO decoction for Propionibacterium acne, Staphylococcus aureus and Staphylococcus epidermidis are 125mg/mL, 500mg/mL and 125mg/mL, respectively. Conclusion: HBAO decoction has good antibacterial effect on Propionibacterium acne, Staphylococcus aureus and Staphylococcus epidermidis, which implies HBAO has potential value of clinical treatment for acne.
