摘要
目的:探讨黄白痤疮膏体外对痤疮丙酸杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和表皮葡萄球菌的抑菌活性,为黄白痤疮膏治疗痤疮提供实验依据。方法:采用连续稀释法体外检测黄白痤疮膏水煎液对痤疮丙酸杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和表皮葡萄球菌的最低抑菌浓度(MIC)。结果:黄白痤疮膏水煎液对痤疮丙酸杆菌的MIC为125 mg/m L;对金黄色葡萄球菌的最低抑菌浓度为500 mg/m L;对表皮葡萄球菌的MIC为125 mg/m L。结论:黄白痤疮膏水煎液对金黄色葡萄球菌、表皮葡萄球菌和痤疮丙酸杆菌均有较好的抑制作用,提示黄白痤疮膏具有应用于痤疮临床治疗的潜在价值。
Objective： To observe on antibacterial activity of Huangbai Acne Ointment （黄白痤疮膏, HBAO） decoction for Propionibacterium acne, Staphylococcus aureus and Staphylococcus epidermidis, and to provide experimental evidence for searching for a kind of compound Chinese medicinal preparation with low side effect and good therapeutic effect on ache. Methods： Minimum inhibitory concentration （MIC） of HBAO decoction to Propionibaeterium ache, Staphylococcus aureus and Staphylococcus epidermidis has been tested using serial dilution method. Results： The MICs of HBAO decoction for Propionibacterium acne, Staphylococcus aureus and Staphylococcus epidermidis are 125mg/mL, 500mg/mL and 125mg/mL, respectively. Conclusion： HBAO decoction has good antibacterial effect on Propionibacterium acne, Staphylococcus aureus and Staphylococcus epidermidis, which implies HBAO has potential value of clinical treatment for acne.
