摘要
目的回顾性分析优质护理的实施对角膜移植患者出院后随访率的影响。方法收集2008年2月-2012年11月行角膜移植后出院的81例患者的随访资料，将2008年2月-2010年2月实施优质护理前行常规护理的40例患者作为常规护理组，2010年4月-2012年11月实施优质护理后行优质护理的41例患者作为优质护理组。对两组患者出院后不同时期的随访情况进行统计分析，并进行比较。结果两组患者在出院后1周、2周、1月、3月、6月、12月不同时期的随访率比较，差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论实施优质护理能显著提高角膜移植患者出院后随访依从性，值得推广运用。
Objective Retrospective analyze the impact of high-quality care on corneal transplanted patients＇ follow-up rate. Methods Collecting the follow-up materials of 81 patients discharged from hospital after corneal transplantation from Feb 2008 to Feb 2010. Taking 40 ones as routine nursing group, which before high-quality care from Feb 2008 to Feb 2010, and 41 ones with high-quality nursing throughout all the treatment from Apr 2010 to Nov 2012 as high-quality nursing group. Analyze statistically the follow-up of the two groups after discharge at different periods. Results The follow-up rates are obviously different between two groups at different periods at 1 week,2 week,1 mouth,3 months, half a year after discharge（P〈0.05）. Conclusions The high-quality nursing can significantly improve the foUow-up comphance of patients with corneal transplantation after discharged.
