摘要
以苯甲醛和甘油为原料,环己烷为带水剂,苄基三乙基氯化铵相转移催化剂催化,制备了苯甲醛甘油缩醛香料。考察了催化剂用量、反应时间、反应物配比及带水剂用量对产品收率的影响,优化反应条件为:催化剂用量3%、环己烷8 m L、醇醛物质的量之比1.3∶1,反应时间为3 h。优化条件下产物的收率达90.3%。。
In order to solve the problems of aldehydes perfume which are more volatile and unstable, benzaldehyde glycerol acetal was synthesized from benzaldehyde and glycerol. In the process cyclohexane was used as the water carrying agent and benzyl triethyl ammonium chloride as the phase transfer catalyst. The effects of the reaction time,the molar ratio of reactants and the loading of catalyst on the yield of acetals were investigated. The optimum reaction conditions were as follows: the molar ratio of glycerol to phenylaldehyde was 1.3:1, the mount of catalyst was 3%(m/m),the amount of cyclohexane was 8 m L and reaction time was 3 h. The reaction yield could reach 90.3% under the optimal reaction conditions.
