烟粉虱为害对番茄果实品质的影响 被引量:10

Effects of Bemisia tabaci B biotype on the fruit quality of tomatoes

摘要 为明确不同虫口密度下烟粉虱对番茄果实品质的影响,以人工接种的方法将定量烟粉虱接种至不同生育期番茄植株上。结果表明:随着烟粉虱为害等级的升高,番茄果实维生素C含量明显下降,不同虫口密度为害可使成熟期番茄维生素C含量下降15.07%~54.49%。低虫口密度烟粉虱可刺激番茄果实中蛋白质含量的增加;但随着虫口密度的升高,为害加重,蛋白质含量明显下降,最高达33.67%;不同虫口密度下,烟粉虱可使番茄果实可溶性糖含量下降9.83%~62.31%;番茄果实内有机酸含量和糖酸比,均随着为害等级的升高而降低,而胱氨酸、苯丙氨酸、组氨酸和脯氨酸等在虫口密度较大时却出现上升趋势。 To investigate the effects of Bemisia tabaci on the fruit quality of tomato, the different developmental phases of tomatoes were inoculated with given numbers of 13. tabaci. The results exhibited that the content of vitamin C in toma- toes decreased significantly, with increase of B. tabaci damage grade. The percentages of vitamin C in the mature toma- toes were declined from 15.07% to 54.49 %. However, lower population densities of 13. tabaci could induce the increase of protein contents, but with the increase of population densities, the protein contents decreased significantly, and even declined by 33.6%. The soluble sugar contents of tomato fruits were declined from 9.83% to 62.31% under different densities of B. tabaci. The organic acid contents and the ratio of sugar to acid in tomato fruits also were gradually declined by the damage grade increase of B. tabaci. Conversely, the contents of cystine, phenylalanine, histidine and praline exhib- ited increasing trend by the increase of population densities of B. tabaci.
