摘要
目的了解社会组织参与艾滋病防治能力现状及提升需求状况,为引导和帮助社会组织参与艾滋病防治工作提供参考依据。方法采用定性研究的方法,设计定性研究提纲,选择部分社区组织负责人及其所在地疾病预防控制机构艾防科负责人进行访谈调查,整理并分析访谈资料。结果山东省艾滋病防治领域的社会组织处于发展初期,积极参与艾滋病防治项目工作,但规模较小,实力较弱,能力水平较低,其自身组织生存和发展需要更多的资源投入,组织能力提升需求较大。结论社会组织在山东省艾滋病防治工作中发挥了积极有效的作用,但其自身能力受限。下一步,各地疾病预防控制机构应继续为社会组织提供技术支持。
Objective To understand current situation and enhancement requirement of the AIDS prevention a- bility of social organizations, so as to provide evidence for social organizations participating in AIDS prevention. Methods Outline for qualitative study was designed and interview was conducted on persons in charge of social or- ganizations and persons in charge of AIDS prevention in local CDC. The data was sorted out and analyzed. Results Majority of the surveyed social organizations was at their early stages of development, and actively participated in AIDS prevention, but had a smaller scale and a weak strength and was at a low level of ability. Their survival and development need more resource input. They had a large requirement for ability enhancement. Conclusion Social organizations played a positive role in AIDS prevention in Shandong, hut they had a capacity constraint. It was nec- essary that CDC would continuously provide technical support for social organizations.
