鲑鱼降钙素治疗老年骨质疏松症的疗效观察被引量：1

摘要目的观察鲑鱼降钙素治疗老年骨质疏松症的临床疗效。方法老年骨质疏松症患者90例,分为对照组45例和治疗组45例,对照组单独使用钙剂治疗,观察组在使用钙剂的基础上联合使用鲑鱼降钙素,疗程均为6个月。检测治疗前后骨密度和生化指标,观察疼痛缓解情况及不良反应。结果观察组的骨密度值增高,骨痛缓解,与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义。结论鲑鱼降钙素可明显改善老年骨质疏松症患者的骨密度,有效缓解骨痛,促进骨形成,抑制骨吸收。
