摘要
本试验以几种低聚糖(低聚木糖、低聚果糖、低聚半乳糖、壳寡糖、异麦芽糖和甘露寡糖)代替葡萄糖作为MRS培养基碳源,探讨低聚糖对乳酸片球菌增殖和抑菌效果的影响。结果表明,低聚果糖为2%(m/V)时,能明显促进乳酸片球菌生长,发酵后的菌体浓度可达到(3.08±0.54)×109cfu/m L;同时也能明显提高乳酸片球菌抑菌性,抑菌圈直径达到(14.21±0.30)mm。与葡萄糖相比,低聚果糖作为碳源能使乳酸片球菌迅速进入对数生长期,缩短了适应期。因此可将低聚果糖与乳酸片球菌配伍应用于畜禽生产中。
In this experiment,glucose was replaced by several oligosaccharides (xylooligosaccharide,fructooligosaccha- ride,galactooligosaccharide,ehitosan oligosaceharide,isomaltooligosaceharide and mannan oligosaceharide)as the carbon source of MRS culture medium,and the effect of the oligosaccharides on multiplication and antimicrobial activity of Pediococ- cus acidilactici in vitro was investigated.The results showed that fructooligosaccharide with concentration of 2%(rrdV) could significantly promote the growth of Pediococcus acidilactici,and bacterial concentration was up to (3.08±0.54)×10^9 cfu/mL after fermentation.Furthermore,fruetooligo - saccharide could also significantly increase the antimierobial activity of Pedio- coccus acidilactici,and the inhibitory zone diameter was up to (14.21±0.30)mm.Compared with glucose,fructooligosaccharide could make Pediococcus acidilactici quickly into the logarithmic phase,and lag phase was shortened.As the resuhs,the combination of fructooligosaccharide and Pediococcus acidilactici could apply in the livestock and poultry production.
