摘要
目的:探讨妊娠末期"一对一"干预支持对孕妇分娩结局的影响。方法:将我院产科门诊建卡并定期产检的116例初产孕妇随机分为观察组和对照组各58例,观察组除接受常规产前检查和孕产期指导外,在妊娠末期同时接受分段式"一对一"分娩知识健康教育,对照组仅进行常规产前检查和孕产期指导。比较两组孕妇的分娩方式、产后24 h出血量、产程时间、新生儿Apgar评分。结果:观察组顺产率高于对照组,产后24 h出血量和产程时间均少于对照组,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:妊娠末期"一对一"干预能显著缩短产程,提高自然分娩成功率及安全性,改善分娩结局。
Objective：To discuss the influence of ＂one to one＂ intervention support on delivery outcomes of pregnant women in late pregnancy. Methods：116 primiparas who established a card and took regular prenatal examination in the obstetric outpatient department of our hospital were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group（58 cases in each group）. The primiparas in the obser-vation group accepted the segmental＂one to one＂ health education on labor knowledge in addition to routine prenatal examination and ma-ternal guidance in late pregnancy and the primiparas in the control group only received routine prenatal examination and maternal guid-ance. The mode of delivery,volume of postpartum bleeding in 24 hours after childbirth,duration of labor and Apgar score of newborn were compared between the two groups. Results：The rate of vaginal delivery was higher,volume of postpartum bleeding in 24 hours after child-birth was less and the duration of labor was shorter in the observation group than the control group,and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant（P〈0. 05）. Conclusion：The ＂one to one＂ intervention support for pregnant women in late pregnancy can significantly shorten the production process and improve the success rate of natural delivery,safety and birth outcomes.
