摘要 血液滤过是模仿正常人肾小球滤过原理,以对流方式清除体内过多的水分和血液中中、小分子物质的一种血液净化技术.血液滤过包括连续性动静脉血液滤过(continuous arteriovenous hemofiltration,CAVH)和连续性静静脉血液滤过(continuous venous-venous hemofiltration,CVVH),是利用滤过膜两侧的压力差,通过超滤的方法清除水和溶质,驱动力分别来自动静脉压力差和静-静脉之间的血泵.与血液透析相比,血液滤过具有对血流动力学影响小、中分子物质清除率高等优点.
