摘要
目的分析总结近年来国外抗菌药物管理策略和评价研究,为我国抗菌药物管理提供借鉴。方法通过调查国外文献分析,纳入关于不同国家地区关于抗菌药物使用管理策略和干预方法评价的文献。电子数据库检索设定年限2000年至2012年,检索资源包括英文数据库,中文数据库以及Google搜索引擎。采用系统综述的方法归纳抗菌药物管理策略和方法、评价、指标与结果。结果共纳入147篇文章,主要从管理(标准指南,法律法规),教育(患者教育,医务人员教育),经济方面等进行管理干预促进抗菌药物的使用。评价新方法近年来多采用时间序列分析。新法规,新的信息技术,新干预方法对合理使用抗菌药物有好的效果。结论针对现状可以借鉴国外新的管理策略和评价方法从而不断加强推进抗菌药物的合理使用。
Objective Analyzing the overseas antibiotic management strategies and evaluation,the useful reference role to our antibiotic management is expected.Methods We select literatures of antimicrobial use management strategies and intervention methods in different countries.A systematic review is used to summarized different antibiotic management strategies,evaluation methodology,indexes and results.The database includes EBSCO,SPRINGER,ProQuest,Nature,PubMed,OVID,CNKI and so on.We search the literatures From 2000 to 2012.Results 147 literatures,mainly from the management（Standard guidelines,laws and regulations）,education （education to medic staff,education to patients）,economic management of intervention to promote the use of antimicrobials.New regulations,new information technology,and the new intervention for rational use of antimicrobials has a good effect.A new evaluation method is time series analysis in recent years.Conclusion According to the status quo,take example by foreign new management strategies and evaluation method so as to continuously strengthen and promote the rational use of antimicrobials.
