摘要
为了高效低耗开发利用吉林某磁铁矿石资源,对高压辊磨超细碎—磁选工艺进行了研究.结果表明,对30~0mm矿石采用高压辊磨闭路破碎(筛孔宽5mm,筛上中磁干选抛废后再返回)—辊压产品湿式中场强磁选—粗精矿阶段磨选流程处理,干抛产率为18.41%(抛尾铁品位为3.61%),湿式中磁选抛尾产率为35.42%(抛尾铁品位为10.80%),最终获得了铁品位为68.16%、铁回收率为69.35%的铁精矿.贯彻了早抛早丢、节能减排理念,取得了理想的分选指标.
The high pressure roller mill for fine crushing, magnetic separation process is studied in order to develop and utilize of a magnetic ore, Jilin, high efficiently and low energy consumption. Results show that, with the process of closed--circuit crushing using high pressure roller mill ( sieve pore of 5 mm, returning of the over screen after dry eliminate of mid magnetic waste) -- wet middle intensity magnetic separation of rolled grinding products --stage grinding stage concentration of rough concentrate, to deal with 30 - 0 mm ore, dry eliminate rate was 18.41% ( iron grade of tail is 3.61% ), wet magnetic separation yield of 35. 42% (iron grade of tail is 10. 80% ). Iron concentrate with iron grade of 68. 16%, iron recovery of 69.35% is eventually achieved, realizing eliminate in early process, and concept of energy saving and emissions reduction, also the ideal separation indexes.
