摘要 以北京市东南郊再生水灌区为研究对象,根据调查研究,基于MIKE BASIN软件平台,建立了灌区多水源联合调度模型,并对现状年和规划年的丰、平、枯、特枯水年分别进行优化配置模拟。结果表明,根据模型制定的优化配置方案,现状年地表水利用率由62.7%提高至90.1%,规划年丰、平、枯、特枯水年情景下,地表水利用率分别为74.3%、80.2%、84.6%、89.5%。未充分发挥灌区河道、坑塘的调蓄能力是造成灌区地下水超采和地表水利用率低的主要原因。 According to the investigation in the reclaimed water irrigation district (RWID) in the southeast- ern suburbs of Beijing, a water allocation model was established based on the MIKE BASIN software platform, and the model was used to simulate the allocation of water resources in the current situation and typical years of planning year. The results indicated that the utilization efficiency increased from 62.7% to 90.1% in the current year while the utilization efficiencies of surface water were 74.3%, 80.2%, 84. 6%, 89.5% in the planning years of wet year, normal year, dry year and special dry year. The regulation and storage capacity was not full utilized, which was the main cause of groundwater over-exploitation and low utilization efficiency of surface water.
