摘要
为促进农民专业合作社成员利益的科学合理分配,从成员的贡献、投入成本、所承担风险三方面综合考虑,采用加权算法,构建了改进的Shapley值法,并比较了其与传统的Shapley值法和仅考虑合作社成员承担风险和投入成本的利益分配方法的理论应用结果。结果表明:改进后的Shapley值法综合平衡了成员的贡献、投入成本与所承担风险对利益分配的影响,在合作社成员的利益分配上更为公平合理,既能避免合作社成员的"搭便车"行为,也能较好地激发成员参与合作社事务的积极性,有利于合作社的稳定与持续发展。
The modified Shapley value method was built by using weighting algorithm from three aspects of contribution,input cost and risk-taking degree to promote benefit distribution among members of farmers’specialized cooperative scientifically and rationally,and the theoretical application results was analyzed by comparing with the traditional Shapley value method and distribution method based on risk-taking degree and input cost of farmers’specialized cooperative members.The results showed that the modified Shapley value method can balance the effect of contribution,input cost and risk-taking degree on benefit distribution comprehensively,which can avoid the “free rider”behavior,stimulate enthusiasm of members involving cooperative affairs and promote stable and sustainable development of farmers ’ specialized cooperative.
