摘要
针对目前CO2-ECBM技术缺乏有效注入参数优化方法的问题,研究不同CO2相态下的吸附置换能力。运用井筒多相管流的计算方法,以沁端区块为研究对象,进行CO2-ECBM注入时机、注入速度以及注入压力等注入参数的优化研究。研究表明:区块开发中后期地层压力下降后再实施CO2-ECBM措施效果更好;在区块气温变化范围内,最大CO2注入压力为2.5MPa,夏季可适当提高,但不得高于3 MPa;区块最大CO2注入速度为50 t/d。优化后的注入参数将对该区块CO2-ECBM的顺利实施具有指导意义。
The adsorption-displacement capacities of different CO2 phases were identified to compensate the shortage of effective injection parameters optimization methods in CO2-ECBM currently. Based on Qinduan coal gas block,well-bore multi-phase flow calculation was applied to optimize the injection timing,injection rate,injection pressure and other parameters. Research indicates that better performance can be gained when the CO2-ECBM treatment is implemented after the pressure decrease in middle land late development periods. In the block air temperature range,the maximum CO2 injection pressure is 2. 5 MPa,which can be increased appropriately with the upper limit of 3 MPa. The maximum CO2 injection rate is 50 t /d. The optimized injection parameters will provide references for the smooth implementation of CO2-ECBM treatment in this block.
