摘要
在调研国内外有关文献的基础上,阐述了清洁泡沫压裂液的组成及其优势,详细分析了清洁泡沫压裂液在稳定性、流变性、携砂性和低伤害性方面的研究现状。清洁泡沫压裂液是由黏弹性表面活性剂、盐溶液、起泡剂和气体组成的泡沫压裂液体系,在开发非常规油气资源方面具有较好的应用前景。清洁泡沫压裂液结合了清洁压裂液与泡沫压裂液的优点,具有携砂能力强、滤失低、压裂效能高、返排能力强、地层伤害小等优势,成为近年来压裂液领域的研究重点。对清洁泡沫压裂液现场应用的几个实例进行总结,进一步说明清洁泡沫压裂液具有可提高油井产量并对地层清洁无污染的优势。最后,从配方体系、稳泡机理和配套施工工艺方面指出了清洁泡沫压裂液的未来发展方向。
On the basis of analysis on literatures at home and abroad,the composition and advantages of clean foam fracturing fluid are described,and the current researches on its stability,rheology,proppant carrying property and low damage property are analyzed in detail. The clean foam fracturing fluid,composed by viscoelastic surfactant,salt solution,foaming agent and gas,is prospective for developing unconventional oil and gas resources. This system shows strong proppant carrying capacity,low fluid loss,high fracturing effects,strong flowback capacity,and small formation damage,by combining the advantages of clean fracturing fluid and foam fracturing fluid. It has become a focus of fracturing fluids in recent years. Some samples are provided to demonstrate the field application results of the clean foam fracturing fluid,which further indicates that the system can improve oil well productivity with no damages to formations. Finally,in view of formula system,foam stabilization mechanism and supporting operation processes,the prospects of clean foam fracturing fluid is pointed out.
