摘要
以木薯秆屑、木薯酒精渣、桑枝屑为主要原料进行3因素3水平正交设计,配制不同比例培养基栽培毛木耳。结果表明,木薯秆屑、木薯酒精渣、桑枝屑经过合理搭配,完全可以满足毛木耳菌丝生长和子实体发育的要求,其中以配方3(木薯杆13.8%、木薯酒精渣41.6%、桑枝屑41.6%、石灰2%、石膏1%)生长速度快,产量高,在木薯和桑蚕产区具有推广价值。
Using cassava stalk,cassava bagasse,mulberry sawdust as the main raw material for three factors and three levels orthogonal design,Auricularia polytricha were cultivated with different ratios of proportions culture medium. The results showed that cassava stalk,cassava bagasse and mulberry sawdust can meet the requirement of mycelial growth and fruit body development after reasonable collocation. Among them,formula 3（ cassava stalk 13. 8%,cassava bagasse 41. 6%,mulberry sawdust 41. 6%,lime 2%,gypsum 1%） with fast growth rate and high yield,had promotional value in producing cassava and silkworm.
