基于无人机激光扫描的输电通道安全距离诊断技术 被引量:60

Transmission Corridor Safety Distance Diagnosis Based on Point Cloud and Unmanned Aerial Vehicle Loaded Airborne Laser Scanning

摘要 结合输电线路巡线和维护的需求,提出了利用机载激光扫描数据诊断输电线路安全距离的方法。该方法首先采用顾及地形起伏特征的点云自动滤波方法分离地面点和非地面点,利用维数特征对非地面点进行初分类,并根据投影点密度获取杆塔点。然后采用二维霍夫变换以及分块质心解算方法获取输电线的三维节点,采用区域生长方法获取建筑物目标,根据植被的最高点以及边缘点获取植被目标。从而可以量测出输电线与其周围物体之间的距离,进而根据距离的大小对输电线路及其周围环境高程信息进行诊断。采用有人、无人机载激光数据对算法进行验证,实验结果表明了文中方法的有效性和精确性。该诊断机制可以判别线路附近的建筑物或植被等目标是否已达到危险的高度或位置,以便及时修剪或清除,确保线路运行安全。 To meet the demand on inspection tour and maintenance of transmission lines,a method to diagnose the safety distance of transmission line by the data from unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV) loaded airborne laser scanning is proposed.Firstly,a terrestrial point cloud automatic filtering method,in which the topographic relief features are taken into account,is utilized to distinguish terrain points from non-terrain points and the preliminary classification of non-terrain points is performed by dimension feature and the non-terrain points are classified into different cluster,and according to the density of projection points the points of transmission tower are obtained;secondly,the two-dimensional Hough transformis performed to identify the line cluster and the centroid of the line cluster is chosen to construct the 3D power line vector,and the region growth method is used to obtain the targets of the buildings and according to the highest point of the vegetation and its peripheral point the vegetation target can be obtained,thus the distances among transmission line and surrounding objects can be measured and according to the values of the distances the elevation information of transmission line and its ambient environment can be diagnosed.The manned aerial vehicle loaded airborne laser scanning data and the UAV loaded airborne laser scanning data are used to validate the algorithms and experimental results show that the proposed method is effective and accuracy.Using the proposed diagnosis mechanism,what whether the targets such as buildings and vegetations adjacent to the transmission line reach the dangerous height or position can be judged,and suitable measures such as to clear them away or to trim them down can be adopted to ensure the operation security of transmission line.
