沥青固化技术在伊朗雅达油田F17井中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 伊朗雅达油田是中国石化海外最大的油田项目,钻遇地层条件复杂。其中,Kazhdumi地层的沥青质稠油导致的钻井液污染问题已严重影响到钻井施工的顺利进行。为解决沥青质稠油对钻井液流变性产生的负面影响,采用沥青固化技术,即利用固化剂提高沥青质稠油的软化点、沥青质质量分数、黏度和降低针入度,增大了沥青质稠油进入井筒的渗流阻力,最终切断了污染源。在室内试验的基础上,优选出适用于Kazhdumi地层的固化剂Y-5。F17井的现场应用结果表明,加入固化剂Y-5的钻井液污染量明显降低,固化的沥青可由振动筛筛分分离,保证了钻井安全与快速钻进。 Formation conditions of Yadavaran Oilfield in Iran were complex,it was the biggest overseas oilfield project of SINOPEC.The problem of drilling fluid contamination caused by bituminous heavy oil from Kazhdumi Formation affected the smooth operation of drilling.In order to eliminate the negative influence of bituminous heavy oil on rheololgy of drilling fluid,the technique of bitumen solidification was used,that was to use a curing agent to improve the softening point,its mass fraction,viscosity and reducing its needle penetration of bituminous heavy oil,thus to increase its filtration drag of bituminous heavy oil flowing to the wellbore,and eventually the pollution sources were cut off.On the base of laboratory experiments,the curing agent Y-5is selected for Kazhdumi Formation.The results of application in Well F17 show that the contaminative rate of drilling fluid with solidification agent Y-5is reduced obviously.The solidified bitumen could be screened by vibrating screen,which ensures a safe and rapid well drilling.
