摘要
设计了一种用于深水安装作业的滑轮组升沉补偿装置,采用滑轮组与复合液压缸相结合的机械结构来实现对吊装载荷的升沉补偿,并对其主要结构进行了详细的参数计算。采用有限元分析方法进行了不同工况下的强度校核;采用动力学仿真方法进行了动态响应的分析,验证了该滑轮组升沉补偿装置的合理性。
A block and tackle heave compensation device for deepwater installation is presented in this paper,with the use of composite cylinder and block and tackle to achieve heave compensation for the lifting loads,meantime,calculates main structural parameters of this set-up.Finite element analysis method is used to check the strength in different working conditions.Also,dynamic simu-lation is used to analyze the dynamic response of this set-up.The results of simulation verify the reasonableness of the block and tackle heave compensation device.
