摘要
目的建立了王水水浴消解-原子荧光法同时测定细颗粒物PM2.5中痕量砷和汞的方法。方法将采集有PM2.5的滤膜剪碎后,于具塞比色管中王水水浴消解2 h,加入10%抗坏血酸溶液-硫脲混合溶液作还原剂和掩蔽剂,用原子荧光光度计测试。结果方法检出限低,砷和汞的检出限分别为0.032μg/L、0.005μg/L。实际样品汞加标回收率在87.7%-102.3%之间,砷加标回收率在90.0%-110.4%之间。结论相对于电热板加热消解,该方法前处理过程简便温和、耗时短、易操作,有效防止待测元素的挥发损失,提高了方法的精密度和准确度,适用于PM2.5中痕量砷和汞的测定。该方法可为相关标准的建立提供参考依据。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of trace arsenic and mercury in PM2.5 by aqua regia diges- tion in the water bath and atom fluorescence spectrometry. Methods The PM2.5 sample membrane was cuted into small pieces in a stoppered colorimetric tube, and aquaregia digesting in the water bath for 2 h, finally determined by atom fluorescence spectrometry with 10% ascorbic acid and thiourea mixed solution as a reducing agent and masking agent. Results The method detection limit of arsenic and mercury were 0. 032 tLg/L, 0. 005 txg/L respectively. The recovery of the actual samples was 87.7% - 102.3% for Hg and 90.0% - 110.4% for As. Conclusion Contrasting with the electric heating plate digestion, this method is simple, rapid, easy to operate and has high precision and accuracy, so it is suitable to determine trace arsenic and mercury in PM2.5. And it can provide a reference for the establishment of relevant standards.
