摘要
采用外科手术治疗肥胖和2型糖尿病已得到内、外科医师共识,但其治疗模式尚处于摸索阶段。在诊治过程中逐渐形成3种模式:内分泌科主导、普通外科主导以及两者联合,其中两者联合模式临床效果较好,即由普外科联合内分泌科成立肥胖和2型糖尿病外科治疗中心,并邀请心理医学科、营养科、康复运动医学、心内科、呼吸科、麻醉科等相关专科专人进行肥胖和2型糖尿病病人管理诊治,形成多学科团队。不管采取何种模式,提高团队整体效率,为病人提供安全、优质医疗是根本。
The surgical treatment for obesity and type 2 diabetes mellitus has reached a consensus with surgeons and physicians. But the mode of treatment is still in the exploratory stage. There are three modes gradually formed in the diagnosis and treatment process： Endocrine leading, general surgery leading, and combination with both. General surgery and endocrinology department jointly established the surgical treatment of obesity and diabetes center. Psychological medicine, nutrition, rehabilitation sports medicine, cardiology, respiratory, anesthesiology departments join together to diagnose, treat and manage the patients. The multi-disciplinary team model achieved good results. Regardless of which mode to take, improving the overall efficiency of the team and providing patients with safe, high quality health care are the fundamental.
