摘要
补偿性消费是近年来消费行为领域出现的一个新的研究主题。该主题的研究探讨的是消费者如何通过消费来应对心理威胁,补偿内心的缺失。目前,该主题的研究较为零散,同时国内的相关研究还十分罕见,有必要对现有研究进行系统的归纳与梳理。本文首先介绍了补偿性消费概念,之后从需求受威胁与自我概念受威胁这两个视角对现有的补偿性消费研究成果进行了梳理,最后展望了未来研究方向,以期促进国内学术界对该研究主题的关注和探讨。
Compensatory consumption is a new research topic in consumer behavior domain in recent years.It focuses on how consumers respond to psychological threats and compensate for a lack of hearts through consumption.At present,the research on the theme is fragmented,and domestic research is very rare,so it is necessary to systematically sort out relevant research.This paper firstly introduces the concept of compensatory consumption and reviews current research of compensatory consumption from the perspective of needs and self-concept threats.Finally it makes prospects for future research in order to advance the concerns and discussion of compensatory consumption research in domestic academia.
