摘要
试验采用电感耦合等离子体-原子发射光谱法(ICP-AES)测定了大理、怒江、德宏三个地区香菇中Ca、Mg、Fe、S、P、K,Zn,Cu,Mn等9种元素的含量.研究结果表明:不同产地香菇同一元素含量存在差异,其中Fe的含量差异最为明显;此外,同一产地不同元素含量也存在差异.此方法具有简单、快速、可靠、高敏等特点,并且可同时测定多种元素.研究结果能够为进一步探讨香菇中元素的含量与其功能的相关分析提供参考,也能够为元素的开发利用以及香菇的栽培提供一定的指导意义.
Inductively Couplecl Plasma Atomic Emission Spectrometry (ICP-AES) is adopted to detect 9 elements' content of Lentinus edodes, including Ca, Mg, Fe, S, P, K, Zn, Cu and Mn, in Dali, Nujiang and Dehong City. The result shows that both the same elements from different cities and different elements in the same city vary, especially Fe. This method, which is able to detect many kinds of elements, is proved to be simple, efficient, reliable and sensitive. The research provides not only reference for further exploration of elements content and their functions of Lentinus edodes but also guiding significance for elements development and utilization as well as the cultivation of Lentinus edodes.
