摘要
中印两国能源需求增长迅速,保障电力供应成为改善能源服务的重要手段。两国在发电与输配电的设备和技术领域具有巨大的合作潜力和良好的合作基础,经历了从设备贸易到项目承包的快速发展。但是印度方面对我国电力企业仍存有顾虑,近几年调整了政策法规收紧市场环境。我国相关管理部门应增进同印度官方的沟通,帮助我国企业了解当地情况,减轻企业财务负担,同时电力企业自身也需加强成本控制,调整经营模式,提升市场竞争力。
China and India has maintained a rapid growth in energy demand. Guaranteeing power supply becomes an effective means of energy service improvement. The two countries have good cooperation foundation for equipment and technology of power generation, transmission and distribution, from equipment trade to project contracting. However, because India has concerns about China corporations, the government has changed policies that make the market worsen in recent years. In this case, our administrations should communicate with Indian officials, help our corporations to know India＇s situations, and ease their financial burden. Meanwhile, our power enterprises need to control costs, adjust business model, and enhance market competitiveness.
