摘要
为进一步了解鸭疫里默氏杆菌的生长特性,本研究利用改良酵母肉汤培养基运用正交设计的方法,在10L的小型发酵罐中对鸭疫里默氏杆菌各种发酵条件进行了优化。随后将优化结果在GMP生产车间,利用200L大型发酵罐规模化试生产3批鸭疫里默氏杆菌抗原进行验证,结果显示,鸭疫里默氏杆菌活菌数比优化前提高30%,为鸭疫里默氏杆菌产业化奠定了基础。
In order to further understand the growth characteristics of Riemerella anatipestifer, we optimized the fermentation conditions of Riemerella anatipestifer in 10 liter fermenters by using orthogonal design to mollify the yeast extract medium. Then Riemerella anatipestifer was cultured in 200 liter fermenters to determine the optimized efficiency in GMP factory. The results showed that the total number of live Riemerella anatipestifer is30% higher than before the optimization. So our study set the stage for the industrialization of Riemerella anatipestifer culture.
