MODBUS/Profibus-DP通讯网关是一种应用广泛的通讯协议转换器,可将MODBUS设备接入到Profibus-DP的总线实现快速、高效、低成本的两种不同总线设备的互联互通;但其在各类工程项目的实际应用中,也出现了一些问题。详细介绍了不同厂家的MODBUS/Profibus-DP网关产品的基本调试步骤与方法;并对现场应用中所遇常见故障,进行了原因分析和处理措施介绍。
MODBUS/Profibus-DP communication gateway is a widely used communication protocol converter which can connect the MODBUS device to the Profibus-DP busrealizing fast, efficient and low-cost interconnection between two different bus device. But in the application of various projects, there also exists some problems. Basic debugging steps and methods of MODBUS/Profibus-DP gate.way products of different manufacturers were introduced in detail, and causes anallysis and measures were given for the common faults.
