摘要
结合炉峪口煤矿9#煤胶带下山巷道工程实例,在UDEC离散元软件分析下层煤受上层煤采空区煤壁的影响范围及应力分布规律的基础上,采用FLAC3D有限元软件分析不可避免处于下层煤高应力区内不同断面形式巷道应力分布、塑性区范围、变形量。研究表明,位于采空区煤壁下方应力升高区域中的巷道采用半圆拱形断面强帮支护可有效控制巷道稳定性,经工程应用与监测分析取得了良好的支护效果。
Combined with engineering project of belt conveyor go downhill roadway of No. 9 coal in Luyukou Coal Mine, on the basic of UDEC analysis about the influence range and stress distribution law of lower coal by the upper coal wall, FLAC3Dis used to study the stress distribution, plastic zone and deformation of the roadway which is inevitable located in high pressure area. The results showed that the roadway in the stress increase area with arch section and reinforced two - side supporting can effectively control the stability, the results has been applied and achieved practical supporting effect.
