摘要
借用商业生态系统理论，提出立足企业、依托政府和面向市场，打造完整的电动汽车商业生态系统，促进电动汽车产业健康发展的总体解决方案，并在中国普天电动汽车应用领域进行的创新实践中得到了验证。本文探索提出的总体解决方案，为打造电动汽车产业有序健康发展的生态链提供一个新的商业模式。
Using Business Ecosystem hTeory, this paper put forward the overall solution for the development of new energy vehicles industry as basing on enterprise itself, relying on the government, and orient towards the market to create an integral new energy vehicle industry ecosystem and accelerate its sound development. hTis solution, which was already veriifed in the innovation of practice of the popularization of new energy vehicles by Potevio, aimed at creating an orderly and sound ecology chain in new energy vehicles industry, as well as providing a successful business model for the new energy vehicles operation service.
