基于柯氏模型的继续护理学教育效果评价指标体系的构建研究 被引量:31

摘要 目的以柯氏模型为导向,构建符合我国实际的、可行的继续护理学教育效果评价指标体系。方法选取陕西、吉林、广东、山东等省份30名专家进行德尔菲(Delphi)专家咨询,采用层次分析法及百分权重法确立各指标权重。结果本研究构建的继续护理学教育效果评价指标体系由4项一级指标、11项二级指标和49项三级指标构成。3轮咨询专家的积极系数分别为l00%、96.67%和100%。专家权威系数均大于0.7;一、二、三级指标的专家肯德尔和谐系数分别为0.440、0.361和0.384(P<0.05)。结论本研究专家积极性、权威程度、协调程度均较高,该评估体系为科学、全面地评价继续护理学教育的效果提供了依据。 Objective To develop the effect evaluation index system for continuing nursing education which is suitable to China guided by Kirkpatrick model. Methods Delphi technique was adopted in this study. The indicators were identified by three rounds of expert consultation among 30 experts from Shanxi,Jilin,Guangdong and Shandong provinces. The weight of each index was determined by using analytic hierarchy process and stratified analysis method. Results The evaluation index system consisted of 4 first-level dimensions,11 secondlevel indicators and 49 third-level items. The experts' positivity coefficient in the three rounds was 100%,96.67%and 100%,respectively; the experts' authority coefficient was over 0.7; the Kendall coordination coefficient in the three rounds was 0.440,0.361 and 0.384,respectively. Conclusion In this study,the experts' positive coefficient,authority coefficient and coordination coefficient are high. The evaluation index system provides basis for evaluating the effectiveness of continuing nursing education scientifically and comprehensively.
