摘要
随着现代工业生产的发展,要求自动化立体仓库(AS/RS)能够实时接收任务信息,在高效率执行任务的同时实时反馈完成任务的信息,这就要求自动化立体仓库系统的管理、监控以及控制能够协调地工作。采用SQL Server 2005开发AS/RS管理数据库,Visual Basic开发人机界面,实现对信息和数据的科学管理;并应用工控组态软件西门子Win CC对系统进行硬件组态,对AS/RS自动作业监控,并完成管理与监控的通讯;以此保证AS/RS管理与监控系统管理、监控及控制方面的的可靠运行,使其具有管理方便、控制简单、监控实时性高、数据传输速度快等优点。
This paper develops using SQL SERVER 2005 AS / RS management database,Visual Basic HMI development,the realization of scientific information and data management.Siemens Win CC industrial control configuration software on the system hardware configuration of AS / RS automatic operation monitoring is used in this peper.It complete communication management and monitoring,and ensure the reliable operation of the AS / RS management and monitoring systems management,monitoring and control aspects.
